Abstract:
Adolescence is a transformative phase characterized by psychological, physiological, and emotional changes that directly impact students' academic performance. Meditation has emerged as a promising intervention to help students navigate these challenges. This review explores the impact of Sahaja Yoga Meditation (SYM) on academic performance among adolescents. Drawing on findings from empirical studies, educational trials, and neuroscientific evidence, the paper discusses how SYM improves concentration, reduces stress, enhances emotional intelligence, and supports cognitive development, ultimately contributing to better academic outcomes.
