Abstract:
Music always plays a great role in every single life. The left side of the brain is better developed with music and can help to imprint information on young mind. When a girl will take proper training of music, then she will able to think creatively. In rural areas, it has been found that a traditional way of thinking, a girl cannot do anything with singing. This poor understanding, lack of confidence, poor awareness, socio-cultural and financial barriers, lack of resources are the main barriers to give a chance to those girl children who will able to make themselves the true learner and trainer of music in future. This paper explores that music education facilitates and promotes the overall development of the personality of a girl child. This papers also explores that through music education a girl can get more self-confidence and she can help their family economically also and mainly music education helps to improves academic skills, social skills, refines discipline and patience.
